Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & No-Show Policy I understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. To ensure that class time is respected and available to all families, the following cancellation policy applies: If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, please notify me **at least 30 minutes before the scheduled class start time. Cancellations made with less than 30 minutes’ notice may be considered a late cancellation. I will remain available on Zoom for **10 minutes after the scheduled class start time**. If the student has not joined within those 10 minutes, I will log off and the session will be considered missed. If a student does not attend their scheduled class and no cancellation notice is provided, the session will be considered a No-call/No-show, and **the full cost of the class session will be charged. Thank you for respecting scheduled class times and helping us provide consistent, dedicated instruction to every student.
